Payment by bank transfer (Mandatory the first time):

For payment by bank transfer, confirm your order and make the transfer of the total amount (including shipping costs) from your bank using the following contact details:

Don't forget to indicate your order number. We will prepare your order upon receiving your payment. If we don't receive your payment confirmation, your order will be canceled after 7 days.

To prevent fraud and card misuse, Noza Distribution employs a secure SSL payment system. Your bank details are encrypted to the maximum legal level (128 bits) and securely transmitted to our payment organization (Le Crédit Mutuel) without passing through our web platform. All transaction data are secured through a redirection to the Crédit Mutuel server.

We have also implemented the "3D Secure" system to enhance security for our customers.

3D Secure is a security system for internet payments developed by Visa and Mastercard. It adds an extra layer to the payment process to verify the cardholder's identity, often by receiving a code via SMS or confidential information.

We do not store any bank authorizations, and transactions are handled directly by the bank. We accept national cards, Eurocard, Mastercard, and Visa.

Preparation of your order

We process your order as soon as we receive your payment. You'll receive an email notification when we start preparing your order. We will also provide an update email with a tracking number/link for every order shipped.

Several delivery methods are available, but please note that we do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped during the following week. To ensure quick delivery and prevent any issues, please provide your phone number and any details that facilitate delivery.

Delivery by TNT

TNT offers free delivery for orders over €150 (excluding taxes) in metropolitan France. The delivery typically takes 24 hours from our warehouse, and you can track your package. For orders under €150 (excluding taxes), delivery costs are based on package weight.

Please note that TNT delivers on Saturdays only in major urban areas.

Pallet Delivery

For larger orders, pallet delivery is available. It's free for orders over €150 (excluding taxes) in metropolitan France and typically takes 4-5 days from our warehouse.

Please validate your order online before picking it up at the warehouse, as our warehouse does not facilitate direct sales.

Upon receiving your package, please check the condition of the goods, not just the packaging, in the presence of the delivery person and make precise notes about any damage on the receipt. Without these detailed notes, we cannot file a complaint with the carrier.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email for you to follow the delivery. You can check the tracking number at any time by clicking on "Track my order" in your order history.
